Definitions
Bank Account means a valid deposit, checking or savings account with a financial or deposit-taking institution. Electronic Instruction means any electronic instruction, information, message, request or communication issued or transmitted to Namo Namah through the Namo Namah Website.
Material on the Namo Namah Website means any tools, calculation devices, software programs, games or other features which may assist you in conducting Payment transactions, or helpful hints or other information, which may be available on the Namo Namah Website.
Nominated Card means a valid credit or charge card which you may use to transfer funds from as a Sender.
Nominated Debit Account means a Bank Account which you may use to transfer funds from as a Sender.
Payment means a transfer of funds from you to Namo Namah via the Namo Namah Website towards a charitable donation or for the purchase of products and services offered by Namo Namah.
Service means the use of the Namo Namah Website to access information relating to Namo Namah’s activities, communicating with Namo Namah staff or other registered users on community forums or posting your comments on the Namo Namah blog or other online forums.
You means the person who accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and in the case of a business, are binding the legal entity which operates that business, (whether that be a sole trader, partnership or incorporated body) and represent that you have authority to bind that business in this fashion.
Receipt of Payments

- An application in form 10G of the Income Tax Rule, 1962 for grant of approval under section 80G (5)(vi) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 was filed by the applicant on 22/01/2020.
- (ii) On verification of the facts before me/hearing before me, I have come to the conclusion that the applicant trust/ society/ non-profit company satisfies the conditions for approval under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. The applicant is hereby granted approval subject to conditions mentioned in para (v).
(iii) The exemption is valid from assessment year 2020-21 till it is rescinded.

Donors domiciled in India may be entitled to a 50% rebate under 80G of the Income Tax. Act 1961 on their donation to Namo Namah. Namo Namah will provide a receipt for each donation if you have provided your full postal address to the treasurer by e-mail.
Updating your profile
If you are a registered user of the Service, You may update your profile at any time via the Change Profile section of the Namo Namah Website. Namo Namah may take steps to verify any changes to the information we hold about you before processing or relying on that information.
Making Payments
You may initiate an online Payment to Namo Namah by providing the required information at the Namo Namah Website. This required information includes, but is not limited to:
Your name, address and email address
The amount of the Payment
The credit card or bank account details to be debited.
Namo Namah will only process a Payment transaction when it has received an authorization by Electronic Instruction from You directing Namo Namah to transfer funds. You must have adequate funds available in your Nominated Debit Account or on your Nominated Card in order for the transaction to be processed. If you do not, then Namo Namah may recover from you any exception processing fees it incurs from any Bank or other financial institution. Namo Namah may deduct these amounts from any of your accounts, the details of which you have provided to Namo Namah, without any notice to you.
Your financial institution may charge you a fee for the Payment processed by Namo Namah to your nominated Card or Nominated Debit Account. Namo Namah will not be liable for such fees and charges.
If you are a registered user of the Service, Namo Namah will keep a record of the Payment transaction associated with your username for the period specified. However you are responsible for your own record keeping for financial planning, taxation or other purposes. To request a receipt for a payment to be sent to you, please provide a mailing address when making a donation and request a receipt by emailing Namo Namah’s Honorary Treasurer at 00beyondinfinity@gmail.com.
Cancelling Payment
You may cancel certain Payments that have not yet been processed by Namo Namah by contacting us within 3 days of authorizing the Payment. Namo Namah may charge you a fee for cancelling the Payment. If the Payment cannot be cancelled as set out above, you cannot reclaim the Payment by initiating a chargeback via your financial institution.
Your other obligations
You represent and warrant that all information you provide to Namo Namah will be complete, correct and accurate in every particular. If you provide incorrect or inaccurate information, your ability to use the Service and the Namo Namah Website may be suspended.
You agree and warrant that you will only use the Service and the Namo Namah Website for bona fide and lawful purposes. You must not seek to access or alter any information on this site to which you do not have authorization. In addition, you must not seek to use any software or electronic device to overload, crash or interfere with our system.
You agree and warrant that you will not use the Service or the Namo Namah Website in connection with any products or services that Namo Namah reasonably consider are illegal or brand damaging.
You may not distribute, modify, transmit, repost for commercial purposes, Materials on this Website without written permission of Namo Namah.
If you are a registered user of the Service, Namo Namah identifies you via your username and password. You agree to not disclose your username and password to any other person, and you also agree not to use any other person’s username and password. You must take all reasonable steps to keep your username and password confidential and secure. If, in breach of this clause, you do provide another person with your username and password, or do not take reasonable steps to keep your username and password confidential and secure, then you will be taken to have authorized any use of your account by that person.
